Earlier this academic year, U.S. News & World Report released their annual guide to American colleges and universities and ranked UM-Dearborn among the best in the Midwest — listed as the No. 1 regional public university.
In rankings released Tuesday, U.S. News again included UM-Dearborn in their rankings that evaluated nearly 1,800 online programs — with six programs from three UM-Dearborn colleges making top five statewide. Curious about the methodology? U.S. News explains it.
The College of Business’ online master’s in business programs (excluding MBA) ranked No. 2 among Michigan public universities and No. 84 nationally. COB’s online MBA ranked second among Michigan’s public universities and is No. 147 overall. The program also earned a No. 87 ranking in the online MBA Programs for Veterans category and tied for second among the state’s public universities.
The College of Engineering and Computer Science’s online information technology programs ranked 41st nationally and No. 2 among Michigan publics. In addition, online master’s programs in the College of Engineering and Computer Science earned a No. 77 ranking overall, and No. 4 among state public universities.
The College of Education, Health and Human Services also made the list ranking fifth among Michigan publics for its online master’s of education program and 196th overall.
