Applications using Centralized Application Services (CAS)
UM-Dearborn Graduate Admissions utilized Centralized Application Services (CAS) for Winter 2024 applications.
You can finish your started application through the relevant third-party CAS (Centralized Application Service). CASL and CEHHS graduate program applicants will use GradCAS. COB graduate program applicants will use BusinessCAS. CECS graduate program applicants will use EngineeringCAS.

Once you have created your CAS account, you can add UM-Dearborn's program to your application. Click "Add Program" from the upper toolbar and enter a few key words in the search bar. For example, you could enter “software engineering” and programs that fit the description will return (ex. Software Engineering (MS) or the Software Engineering Graduate Certificate programs), and from there you can confirm the appropriate program. Be sure your selected program falls under the UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN-DEARBORN heading.

Once you find the program you want, click the name of the program you are interested in to view the Program Description. Be sure you select the correct term and delivery.

Click the “+” button next to the application you would like to complete. Then click “Continue.”
What are the basics of using EngineeringCAS?

Open the list below and look for your program. If it does not appear on this list, try the other colleges and apply using the corresponding button.
