  2. Associate degree requirements are NOT included on this transfer guide. When pursuing a Monroe County Community College (MCCC) degree work closely with a MCCC and University of Michigan-Dearborn advisor or counselor to ensure BOTH the MCCC and UM-Dearborn degree requirements are being met.
  3. A minimum cumulative 2.50 GPA or higher is required for admission.
  4. With this agreement, UM-Dearborn will accept 72 credits from Monroe County Community College, which exceeds the maximum of 62 for transfer students.
  5. UM-Dearborn requires 48 credits of upper level coursework (300 level courses or higher, or direct equivalents).
  6. Monroe County Community College and UM-Dearborn reserve the right to make any necessary changes to courses, provisions, or transfer requirements without notice.
  7. It is the responsibility of the student to be aware of changes that affect their transfer program. Students are strongly encouraged to contact UM-Dearborn’s College of Education, Health, and Human Services on an annual basis to review their program requirements.
