Bridging Hemispheres

This live zoom talk, led by Daniel Garcia Gonzalez, Professor of Spanish at the National Taiwan University and former correspondent of Spanish national newspapers, explores the pedagogical dynamics, processes of linguistic mediation, and curricular challenges involved in teaching Spanish within a Chinese-speaking environment today. This session will also examine how higher education programs serve as institutional bridges connecting the Sinophone world with Spain and Latin America.
