University Workout Session

The Athletic Strength Club is hosting a group workout session at the Wellness Center University Gym on Thursday, March 6th. We’re going to do our workouts while getting to know each other, both Weightlifting and Cardio will be done. For new people, this will be an opportunity to learn more about how to get started with working out and get some tips on form and training. For experienced people, this will be an opportunity to meet others at the university who share this hobby and have training partners. The Athletic Strength Club will continue to host workout sessions on Thursdays for students to join.
