Ways to Pay
How can I pay my tuition bill?
One of the most important things in college is paying your tuition bill. Whether you use financial aid and scholarships, a payment plan, or a third party payer (like an employer, or VA), it is important to know what to expect and what you need to do to keep your account in good standing. Tuition is due on the third Wednesday of the first month of each semester.
Using Financial Aid to Pay
When financial aid funds (loans, grants, scholarships) are disbursed, these funds are applied to your tuition account which reduces your tuition balance to the university. If your financial aid funds exceed your tuition balance, the excess funds will be processed as a refund to you either as a direct deposit to your chosen financial institution or sent to you as a paper check by mail to your address of record with the university.
The Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships strongly encourages students to enroll in direct deposit with Student Accounts for faster processing and delivery of funds.
The first financial aid disbursement of each semester is no earlier than 10 days prior to the beginning of the semester. After the end of the Add/Drop period, financial aid disbursements will be made on the regularly scheduled days of Monday and Thursday.
