Brittany Tracy

As the Employer Recruitment Coordinator at the College of Business, Brittany Tracy supports students as they prepare for the next steps in their professional journey. Her role includes providing guidance through resume reviews, career exploration, and internship or job searches, as well as helping connect students with employers through career fairs and outreach opportunities.

Before stepping into this role, Brittany was a student at UM-Dearborn, where she gained valuable experience through internships and was supported by dedicated faculty and staff who shaped her academic and career path. That experience inspired her to return and give back to the community that had such a lasting impact on her life.

As a proud alumna, she is passionate about helping students feel confident, prepared, and empowered as they pursue meaningful opportunities. Nothing excites her more than mentoring students and seeing them grow into the professionals they aspire to be.
