Janice Molloy, Ph.D.

Janice Molloy, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management at the University of Michigan-Dearborn College of Business. Janice is a human resource management expert who researches and teaches how organizations can best manage people. Her doctorate in Management and Human Resources is from the Ohio State University and her M.B.A is from the University of Rochester. Before earning her doctorate, Janice worked in industry and consulting for more than ten years. This real-world experience informs her teaching and research. Her research has been published in top-tier academic outlets such as Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management and Journal of Applied Psychology.
