Education
Prof. Kasravi is a Clinical Professor in the Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Department and the Director of EPIC at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. He has 30 years of industry experience in General Motors, Electronic Data Systems, and Hewlett-Packard at various capacities including Staff Engineer, Technical Fellow, and Vice President. He developed innovative solutions for diverse industries including automotive, manufacturing, defense, pharmaceuticals, and financial. He is a Certified Manufacturing Engineer and has degrees in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, and law. He has two GM Trade Secrets, a Smithsonian award for a GM project, and has been granted 32 patents.
