A former teacher himself, Professor Mark Muscat has been working as a school psychologist and behavior intervention specialist in the pre-K-12 public school setting for over 20 years. He specializes in working with students, staff, and parents in addressing challenging behavior in the school setting, and also has an extensive background in special education programming and law. Professor Muscat has lectured at the post-secondary level for over 10 years, teaching on a variety of topics including: behavior/classroom management, applied behavior analysis, child and adolescent development, early childhood education, special education law, and working with students with special needs.
