Timothy Davis is the Director of iLabs, the University of Michigan-Dearborn’s Center for Innovation Research, and a Lecturer of Entrepreneurship and Business Administration at the University of Michigan-Dearborn College of Business. Timothy spends significant time connecting with local and regional organizations who are engaged in business assistance and economic development efforts. He connects businesses with the faculty and student research talent in the College of Business. He has led various studies looking at the connection between talent, entrepreneurship, and regional economic development.
Timothy is a lifelong entrepreneur and shares that passion with students by teaching Entrepreneurial Thinking and Behavior (ENT 400) at the College of Business. He also coordinates various entrepreneurial events on campus and with regional partners. One of his favorite events is the annual Business Idea Pitch program where UM-Dearborn students share their ideas for a chance to win cash support for their ventures.
