The Office of the Registrar is responsible for coordinating, conducting and evaluating the registration of students; establishing, monitoring and maintaining student academic folders and records; preparing, distributing, collecting and handling Class Lists and Instructor Grade Reports; preparing and providing student transcript copies and enrollment verifications; and accepting, reviewing and verifying Degrees, Honors and Certificates granted. The Office also has the responsibility for preparing and verifying enrollment data and reports for local, state, and federal agencies and organizations. In addition, the Office of the Registrar is responsible for Veteran Affairs certification and other on-campus and off-campus programs.
