Theories and technologies in electric energy and related applications are the focus of the electric energy technology graduate certificate program at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. You’ll learn about power electronics, power system analysis, electric drives, motor drives, electric aspects of hybrid vehicles, and practical aspects of designing power electronics devices.

You can take all courses for the 12-credit certificate in person, online, or a combination of both. We schedule them in the late afternoon and evening so they’re convenient for part-time students who work.
