Transition from Team Member to Program Manager
As a student in our graduate program at UM-Dearborn, you’ll master the art of managing complex programs and projects. You’ll learn how to efficiently plan and organize resources so that programs and projects are completed on schedule, on budget, and with high-quality results. The program is ideal for professionals who want to enhance their ability to coordinate major projects, motivate and manage people, and achieve cost-effective outcomes.
You can take classes for the 30-credit master’s degree in person, online, or a combination of both. We schedule classes in the late afternoon and evening so they’re convenient for part-time students who work.
