Dr. Junxuan Li is a Lead Scientist and Technical Director at Adobe, where his expertise directly bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI research and scalable, real-world industry solutions. As a technical leader, he directs multi-disciplinary squads of scientists, engineers, and product managers to advance core AI model capabilities and deliver measurable impact across Adobe products. Prior to Adobe, Dr. Li served as a Principal Scientist at Microsoft, where he focused on enterprise agent architectures, Copilot experiences, and CRM/ERP AI integrations. He earned his Ph.D. in Operations Research from the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering (IMSE) from the University of Michigan – Dearborn, where he served as a teaching and research assistant. Dr. Li has published extensively in top-tier academic conferences and journals.

Jie (pronounced "Gia") Ren is a strategy and growth leader with 10+ years of experience across growth strategy, marketing, business development, AI/analytics, and digital products. She combines executive-level strategic thinking with hands-on business building and technology-driven transformation.

She currently leads global Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, and Commercial Excellence for Sensata Technologies' largest business units (~$3B in annual revenue), and founded Sensata's humanoid robotics growth initiative, taking it from concept to commercialization. Previously, she advised global organizations on strategy, technology, and operating model design at BCG, and led manufacturing analytics, Industrial IoT, and forecasting at Ford. Jie completed the 3+2 MSE program in Industrial and Systems Engineering in the IMSE department at the University of Michigan-Dearborn (2015-2017).

With deep fluency in both Western and Chinese business environments, Jie connects global teams, customers, and technology ecosystems to drive international growth. A former entrepreneur and passionate mentor, she brings a rare blend of strategy, AI, commercialization, and people development.
