Sap Collection Event

Please sign up below if you wish assist with maple sap collection in the 2024 season. Sap is collected at 4:00pm on days when the sap is running (weather dependent). Participants will be notified by text before 2:30pm on collection days if their assistance will be needed on that day. Sap is collected 7 days a week during the collection season (February 19 through mid-/end of March, depending on the weather). Volunteers should be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
