UM-Dearborn Case Competition

Join fellow UM-Dearborn students for the inaugural UM-Dearborn Case Competition!

Through this event, UM-Dearborn students will apply classroom knowledge to a real, ambiguous business challenge, developing critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and presentation skills along the way. Working in teams, participants will analyze a complex problem, develop a strategic recommendation, and present their solution to a panel of judges for a chance to win a grand prize. This is a valuable experience to include on your resume and discuss with prospective employers.

This event is open to all current UM-Dearborn students. Students may form teams of 3-4 students in advance, or register individually and be assigned to a team by the event organizers. You can learn more by visiting the case competition webpage.

Interested in the event but not all that familiar with case studies? Looking to sharpen your case study skills prior to the event? Looking for teammates for the competition? Students are strongly recommended to attend the case competition workshop led by COB faculty on Friday, September 25. Participants will enhance their skills and receive a training certificate.
