Winter 2024 MTalent Showcase

The Talent Gateway program is an online career readiness program that uses the 8 career-ready competencies defined by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) to encourage personal and professional development of students through reflective practices. Each semester, students completing the Talent Gateway program are given the opportunity to present at the M Talent Showcase where they receive a certificate of completion as well as a graduation stole for completing the program. Come support students as they achieve the M Talent distinction and hear about how they have leveraged their unique experiences.
