SUBJECT: Summer Final Exams

I hope everyone is doing well.

I’m writing to announce the publication of the Guidance for Final Exams for the Summer 2022 on the Registrar Office’s Scheduling Final Exams webpage. The final exam period for Summer I is from Wednesday, June 22 - Friday, June 24. The Summer II and Summer Full final exam period is scheduled for Wednesday, August 17 - Friday, August 19 and Monday, August 22.

As a reminder, a three-hour block on one of the exam days is provided for in-person and hybrid courses. Please note that the Registrar’s Office will publish the Summer 2022 Final Exam Schedule providing the exam dates for such courses today on its Final Exam Schedule webpage and then schedule the classrooms for the in-person exams later in the term. If faculty need to adjust a final exam date or time, please refer to the Final Exams and Study Days policy and contact the Registrar’s Office at [email protected].

For online courses, faculty must provide a window for students to take the final exam and online exam proctoring is prohibited. Classes scheduled for ONLN (asynchronous) the exam window should be at least 24-hours. For classes scheduled as ONREG (synchronous), the exam window should be at least 6-hours.
