SUBJECT: Winter Semester Reminders

Dear Colleagues;

I hope your semester is going well. As the winter break comes upon us, I want to share a few reminders of upcoming events and deadlines but — most importantly — I very much want to thank each and everyone of you for all the hard work you continue to do to help our students.

Senior leadership continues to monitor the latest news and information regarding COVID-19, in particular the ongoing updates and guidelines as it comes to face masks and other health and safety protocols. We also continue to discuss with faculty, staff, and student leadership groups what adjustments, if any, our campus might take in the semesters to come. Rest assured that first and foremost on our minds is the safety of the campus community which is why the Chancellor and I were happy to share the news in the February 4 COVID Weekly Update that reported positive COVID cases were seeing a significant decline.

Also, please remember to continue to read the weekly COVID update emails. If you happen to miss one, you can review all the campus communications regarding COVD-19 at the Campus Communications to Date website. In addition, you can find relevant policies and other guidance for the Winter term at the Faculty & Staff – Winter 2022 Plan website. Finally, all of our Provost emails are available for later reference on the Provost Communications webpage.

With all that said, here are some useful updates and upcoming event reminders:
