Wolverines@Work
Over the past few years, Experience+ and the Student Employment Advisory Council (SEAC) have explored ways to enhance the student employee and supervisor experience on campus and on a national scale. This coordinated effort is branded as “Wolverines at Work” or "W@W." W@W seeks to provide professional development and celebration opportunities for our campus student employees and their supervisors.
SEAC was formed in Fall of 2023 and is made up of staff and faculty from all across campus, passionate about enhancing the student employee experience. SEAC creates relevant resources, coordinate events, and address student employment related concerns.
Finding On-Campus Employment
Experience+, in partnership with Career Services, coordinates the Wolverines@Work program to collaboratively align and leverage student employment efforts campus-wide through participating in campus-community engagement initiatives, department orientations, training, best practices, a student employment handbook and other existing initiatives toward the development and retention of student employees, leading to increased student success. We offer events and programming to support both the student and the supervisor.

Submit a W@W Factor!
Wolverines@Work has created an opportunity to spotlight student employees who embody the "W@W Factor" - those students who go above and beyond.
Every act matters, and we believe those deserve recognition. Share with us, a student employee who possesses the W@W Factor and we'll convey your words of gratitude straight to them each month. The smallest token of recognition can make a huge difference. So, why wait? Let's appreciate the Wolverines@Work making a difference on our UM-Dearborn campus.
