The Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Plan builds on the GO BLUEPrint for Success, and focuses faculty, staff and administrators on executing initiatives to recruit, retain, and graduate students. The SEM Plan encompasses initiatives from both two University Priority areas: Student Experience and Success and Economic Stability.

- MILEAP grant to provide financial assistance for students
Retention and Student Success
- Enhance housing support via partnership with College Pads
- Implement eCoach to assist students with gateway courses
Marketing and Communication
- Create video assets
- Improve student portal and student messaging
Academic Growth Opportunities
- Align programs to workforce needs and provide greater experiential and engaged learning opportunities
Career Readiness & Outcomes
- Enhance student employment, including work-study usage
- Provide at least one professional engagement opportunity with employers or alumni to any student that wants one
