Students have 24/7 computer, smartphone, and tablet access to a wide range of features and services available at the Student Accounts Self-Service website. Students can use this to pay their tuition charges online, view billing statements and courses using E-Bill, sign up for semester long payment plans, set up checking or savings accounts to receive Direct Deposited Refunds, and pay the enrollment deposit online using a credit card, or electronic check. We are glad to offer flexible ways for students to conveniently review their assessments and pay at any time.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Consideration
Student Accounts office will be operating under reduced hours until further notice with limited functions; this includes being unable to answer phone calls and conduct in-person business matters. Please remember the Student Accounts Self-Service website will still be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make electronic checking payments, credit card payments, view student account activity, and check your refund status. All other concerns can be addressed by emailing email@example.com and including your University ID. Student Accounts will respond to your email in a timely manner, and appreciates your understanding and patience through these challenging times.
Students may now request to contact or be contacted by Student Accounts staff via phone or Zoom. Scheduling a phone conversation with Student Accounts staff and scheduling a live video or audio online chat via Zoom video conferencing may be available during limited hours. Student Accounts staff will use Zoom via a waiting room feature where you will speak with staff in a one-to-one chat when your turn in line is ready. The Zoom waiting room does not force students into group conference chat with other students while waiting for your turn. Preparing your computer or smartphone to send and receive speaking audio is required. Using the video feature is not required. Having your University ID available to ask questions is still highly recommended. Student Accounts may record the Zoom interaction to further enhance our customer service initiatives.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
*During Add/Drop periods, we offer extended service hours. Please call Student Accounts for these times.
