Starting on May 31 through July 31, 2026, VictorsLink will be offline and inaccessible to students, staff, and faculty as it undergoes a GLOW UP! We thank you for your patience as we prepare this brand new site for you! This page contains interim forms and resources that you can use to access University services while the VictorsLink site is offline.
Our new VictorsLink site will launch on August 1, 2026, and that is when student organizations registration will open for the Fall 2026 semester.

If you would like to change your currently listed student organization officers, please do so using this form. These officers will receive the most up-to-date information and ongoing communication about student organization registration and the transition to the Rubric platform.
If your unit currently has a profile on VictorsLink, and would like to change your currently listed primary contact, please do so using this form. These individuals will receive the most up-to-date information and ongoing communication about the transition to the Rubric platform. This form can also be used by staff and faculty whose units DO NOT currently have a profile on VictorsLink, but are interested in creating a profile on the new platform.
This form is specifically for university-affiliated departments, offices, and services. Student Organizations looking to update their officers or advisors should use this form instead.
The Student Organization Allocation Council will continue to accept funding applications throughout the summer using Google Forms instead of VictorsLink. The applications can be accessed at the links below.
The current platform, VictorsLink, syncs with the UM-Dearborn University Calendar, allowing for easy cross-posting. However, to ensure that events do not get lost, we are asking all student organizations to submit events directly to the University Event Calendar until August 1. Further instructions on how to post events on the new platform will be announced closer to the launch date.
The Go Blue Bash at Wolverine Welcome Day will be on August 25, 2026. We will be collecting student organization registrations throughout the summer via this form. Student organization re-registration for the upcoming academic year will happen after the Go Blue Bash registration has ended. So, be mindful that your organization will be registering prior to re-registration for the 2026-2027 Academic Year. Go Blue Bash Registration is due by June 30 at 11:59PM.
