Science Learning Center

The Science Learning Center is here to help all students succeed in science courses and laboratories.

Our goal is for all science students to have the same opportunity for success in science courses. We are here to help you:

  • Practice essential mathematical, graphing and laboratory skills in our modules before you need them in class.
  • Practice using laboratory instruments at your own pace before you use them in the lab.
  • Study for your science courses individually or with a study group. Drop in to use our computers, whiteboards, or to chat about effective study strategies.

Before scheduling an appointment

Check your course Canvas site or our list of modules assigned for your courses.

Review the modules online before meeting with a Science Learning Center assistant. If you have questions or would like help with any module topic, feel free to schedule an appointment to chat with an SLC assistant about the module. We are here to help you!
