Bryan Dadey


Bryan joined the University of Michigan-Dearborn in February 2021 as the Vice Chancellor of Business Affairs / Chief Financial Officer.  Bryan has extensive executive level experience in the higher education industry serving in various leadership roles at Wayne State University, University of Toledo, and University of Toledo Foundation (UT Foundation).  Prior to joining UM-Dearborn, Bryan served as Sr. Associate Vice President of Finance / Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Wayne State University overseeing the divisions of Treasury, Bursar, Risk Management, Budget & Planning, and Fiscal Operations.  Bryan spent nearly 14 years at the University of Toledo serving in various roles including Associate Vice President of Finance, Controller, Assistant Controller, and Vice President of Finance and Operations of the UT Foundation.  Bryan started his professional career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP serving clients in higher education, health care, and not-for-profit. 

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toledo.  Bryan is a certified public accountant (CPA) currently in inactive status. 

Rima Berry-Hung

Rima Berry-Hung currently serves as the UM-Dearborn Human Resources Director.  Prior to serving as Director, Rima has been the Associate Director of Human Resources at UM-Dearborn.  Her background also includes serving as HR Director at U-M's School of Education in Ann Arbor.  Previously she held progressively responsible roles at UM-Dearborn as HR Lead Consultant, Senior Generalist, Associate and Assistant; and in Ann Arbor as HR Functional Analyst and the HR Coordinator at the School of Art and Design.  

Rima has a Master of Arts degree in Communication from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Anthropology from UM-Dearborn and currently holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification through the Society of Human of Resources Management (SHRM).

Marc Anthony Brigolin

Marc Anthony is the Lead Business Officer for Business Affairs with key responsibilities including implementation of Business Affairs strategic goals and priorities, providing business analysis and reporting, supporting operational responsiveness, and helping to implement change efforts in Business Affairs and on campus.

Marc Anthony has been with the University of Michigan for over 8 years.  He spent two years serving as a Technology Relationship Manager in UM Ann Arbor's Information and Technology Services department.  Prior to that position, he served in Business Intelligence and Financial Analyst roles at UM Ann Arbor's College of Engineering Mechanical Engineering department.  Prior to working for the university, Marc Anthony worked at Neiman Marcus in Texas for 10 years in roles as a national operations executive, business analyst and loss prevention detective.  Additionally, Marc Anthony has served as a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician.  Marc Anthony received his BBA degree from UM Flint and has a Master's in Communication.  He is a Positive Leader with certification from the UM Ross School of Business.  A self-proclaimed car nut, Marc Anthony spends a lot of his time outside of work at an Ann Arbor car society encouraging relationships built around automotive enthusiasm.

Carol Glick

Carol joined the University in October 2012 as the Executive Director for Facilities Operations. Her professional experience in facilities and operations management includes the preparation and management of multimillion-dollar budgets, extensive facilities and energy management experience, and leadership roles in a variety of venues.  She has an extensive background in change management and is lean six-sigma green belt certified.  Before joining the university, she served as the director of facilities support services at Providence Park Hospital in Novi where her responsibilities included emergency management and facilities operations.  She also spent 11 years with DTE Energy, most recently as the director of applications engineering and project management.  Her early experiences included facilities and energy management roles for F&M Distributors, Perry Drug Stores, and the City of Southfield.  Carol is a Professional Engineer, licensed in the State of Michigan.  She received her Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University and her Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from the University of Michigan.

Gary Gorski

Gary joined the University in June 2019 as the Chief of Police and Director of Public Safety and Security.  His professional experience includes over 32 years of service with the Michigan Department of State Police (MSP) and one year as the Dean of Students at Grand Rapid Catholic Central High School.  Within the MSP Gary served in several roles with weighted responsibilities including executive leader, supervisor, trainer and investigator.  

He rose through the ranks to the level of lieutenant colonel and served as the deputy director for the Field Services Bureau (FSB) and the Specialized Services Bureau (SSB).  As the FSB Commander, he was responsible for statewide patrol, investigations and special operations. As the SSB Commander he was responsible for emergency management and homeland security, intelligence operations and commercial vehicle enforcement. 

Gary holds a bachelor of applied science degree in public safety professions from Siena Heights University and is a graduate of the 204th session of the FBI National Academy.

Noel Hornbacher


Noel brings significant University of Michigan experience to his current role as Director of Financial Services. He worked in Student Financial Services in Ann Arbor for his first six years and then progressively advanced within Financial Services in Dearborn for the next ten years.  He also served as Interim Director of Financial Aid from 2006-2007.  Noel earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University graduating from the Honor's Program and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with Dean's Scholar distinction.
