Schedule of Recurring Surveys

The Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness administers various surveys either annually or according to a set schedule. Below is the schedule for all institutional surveys and assessments coordinated by our office or our campus partners which details when the survey occurs, who administers the survey, which population on campus being surveyed, and the purpose of the survey.

Survey Dashboards

To make diagnostic data more available to the campus community the Office of IRE, in collaboration with various other offices, have developed Tableau Dashboards for results of targeted surveys.  The surveys require that you have Tableau access.  To obtain Tableau access and/or training please reference the Tableau Training & Access section of the IRE Tableau Internal webpage.

Student Experience and Needs Survey

The questions in this survey cover information related to students' commute, course selection preferences, course modalities experience, and modality needs preferences

Dearborn Support Survey

This survey provides information on student-reported support needs related to academics, physical and mental health, technology, basic needs, and sense of belonging.

Re-enrollment Survey

This survey provides information on students plans to re-enroll, services needed to do so, and reasons they may not.

RNL-SSI Student Satisfaction Survey

The Student Satisfaction Inventory measures student satisfaction and priorities, showing you how satisfied students are as well as what issues are important to them; capturing the student experience inside and outside of the classroom

Using Qualtrics for Surveys

Faculty, staff, and students have access to Qualtrics survey software by using your UNIQname and password. To get started, visit Wolverine Access.
