For all contact information requests please follow the chosen name and pronoun policy.
Student Contact Information Requests
If your request includes a student’s contact information, please route your request accordingly:
- For communications being sent to all current students, contact the Dean of Students using the Request for All-Student Message Form
- For communications being sent to a subset of students, contact External Relations using their Student Communications Request Form
- For communications being sent to prospective students, contact Kevin Lewtschanyn, Director of Enrollment Management Communication and Events, using this email address: [email protected]
- For communications being sent to alumni, contact the Alumni Office using their Alumni Information Request Form
- For requests related to fundraising, contact Institutional Advancement using this email address: [email protected]
- For data that needs to load into approved 3rd party systems, send the request to the ITS Applications team using the ITS General Request Form
- For personal outreach to students or other projects approved by the Office of External Relations, continue to the IRE Data Request page
