DEI KPIs

The Office of Holistic Excellence will work to identify Go BLUEprint for Success Key Performance Indicators in the coming months.

The following DEI objectives have been identified to guide KPI development: 

• Enhance our diverse and inclusive campus community
• Provide research support linked with holistic excellence and DEI 
• Promote holistic excellence across campus (e.g., diversity of thought, empathy, curiosity, mental fortitude and grit; an appreciation for civil discourse, reasoned argument, and truth seeking) 
• Engage in transformative teaching and learning
