MyAccount Login Help
Having Trouble Logging in to MyAccount?
If you are unable to login to the MyAccount website, it could be due to an incorrect User Name or Password.
- Your login credentials for your MyAccount page are now the same as what you use to access your email account for umich.edu. For more information on Accounts & Passwords please visit the ITS Service Desk's page.

Your Password could be incorrect. Follow these instructions to confirm or reset your Password.

- You will need to contact the ITS Service Desk for a Login Password Reset. There is also the "Need Help?" option below the Student and Staff Login that you can select for further assistance.
- The ITS Service Desk can be reached by calling (313) 593-HELP, or by emailing umd-servicedesk@umich.edu.
Authorized Users
- If you are an Authorized User, the student may need to login and check the Authorized Users menu to create or resend your login info. Authorized User logins are sent to an email address the student inputs into the system. Signing a FERPA authorization form will not automatically create an Authorized User account.
