Your diploma will not be mailed until all of your financial holds have been released.
Diplomas are not presented at the commencement ceremony; they are ordered approximately six weeks after the degree is granted. Diplomas are not prepared on campus; therefore, a guaranteed delivery date is not possible.
Diplomas are mailed to the address recorded in the Office of the Registrar unless otherwise noted on the Degree/Diploma Application.

Note: Minors and major concentrations DO NOT appear on diplomas.
Graduates have six months from the receipt of their diploma to notify Office of the Registrar of grammatical errors on your diploma. After this six-month period, a duplicate diploma order is required.
Graduates who want their names to appear differently on their diploma than it does on their registration must supply legal documentation (driver or marriage license, passport, divorce decree, etc) along with their diploma request.

Once you submit a Diploma Request you will receive a Secure ID by email within 48 hours. NOTE: If you have received your diploma recently then you may already have this Secure ID in an email or with your actual diploma.
