Understanding HP Classes

At UM-Dearborn, you will obtain a strong liberal arts and science education to prepare you for the competitive health professions (HP) clinical graduate programs.

All the HP tracks we advise on are listed on left. If you want to learn about more HP tracks, please look at the HPA FAQs #1 and #2.

When you open each track, the layout is the following:

• Brief introduction of the profession.
• Detailed information on the classes you need to take to prepare for the HP graduate school. When you click on the blue button, a PDF opens to show you the UM-Dearborn specific courses.
• Detail information on the standardized exam required, if applicable.
• Any additional information, including a link to our FAQs.
• Finally, useful links which are full of useful information.

Please remember the course listings are updated once or twice per year, so keep updated. Each track is more than just a course listing page. Please refer to it or our FAQs often to answer your questions.
