- Associate degree requirements are NOT included on this transfer guide. When pursuing a Monroe County Community College (MCCC) degree work closely with a MCCC and University of Michigan-Dearborn advisor or counselor to ensure BOTH the MCCC and UM-Dearborn degree requirements are being met.
- A minimum cumulative 2.50 GPA or higher is required for admission.
- With this agreement, UM-Dearborn will accept 72 credits from Monroe County Community College, which exceeds the maximum of 62 for transfer students.
- UM-Dearborn requires 48 credits of upper level coursework (300 level courses or higher, or direct equivalents).
- Monroe County Community College and UM-Dearborn reserve the right to make any necessary changes to courses, provisions, or transfer requirements without notice.
- It is the responsibility of the student to be aware of changes that affect their transfer program. Students are strongly encouraged to contact UM-Dearborn’s College of Education, Health, and Human Services on an annual basis to review their program requirements.
