For Community College Counselors

Community college counselors play a vital role in helping students consider the next steps on their educational journey – and we’re here to support you as you guide them through the process.

Almost half of our students are transfers, and we’re committed to making their transition from community college to UM-Dearborn as smooth as possible. Our transfer specialists can work alongside you and your student to explore programs, review admissions requirements, learn about financial aid and more.

At UM-Dearborn, students will continue the momentum that began at your institution. They will put their dreams into practice through research, internships, service and study abroad. And with 150+ student organizations, athletics, and campus activities, they will find plenty of ways to get involved, build relationships and develop personally and professionally.
