Giving Blueday

Giving Blueday is the University of Michigan’s annual 24-hour celebration of giving. Alumni, friends, faculty, staff, and students come together to support programs, scholarships, research, and initiatives that help students succeed and strengthen the community. Every gift, large or small, creates opportunities, drives innovation, and makes a lasting impact across campus and beyond.

Giving Blueday 2026 Impact

On our twelfth Giving Blueday, Wednesday, March 18, 2026, the University of Michigan-Dearborn community came together to make an amazing impact in just 24 hours. Early estimates show that more than 400 supporters raised over $40,000 for programs and initiatives across campus.

Whether you gave, shared our message, or joined our largest Giving Blueday Trivia Night yet, thank you! When our community comes together on Giving Blueday, the difference we make is huge.

We can’t wait to celebrate again! Giving Blueday 2027 will be announced shortly, so keep an eye out for updates.
