Complete FAFSA and have a total family income of $125,000 or less and assets below $125,000

  • Maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Must complete the FAFSA each year and maintain need criteria
  • Renewable for up to 4 semesters or completion of a Bachelor's degree (whichever comes first)
Kochoff Pathway to Success$3000

3.00 GPA or above

Complete FAFSA and have a total family income of $75,000 or less and assets below $50,000

  • Maintain a 2.0 GPA
  • Renewable for up to 6 semesters or completion of a Bachelor's degree (whichever comes first)

Important Information:

  • Students are not eligible for these scholarships if tuition and fees are covered in full by other funds.
  • Enrollment in 12 credits or more is required for disbursement each term.

  • No separate application is required. Students are automatically considered for awards.
  • Students must be classified as in-state residents.
  • Final official transcripts that affect scholarship eligibility must be received by the end of the UM-Dearborn drop/add period for the student's first semester of enrollment.
  • Students who previously attended UM-Dearborn are considered "re-admits," not transfer students, and therefore are not eligible for the Destination Maize, Destination Blue, and Destination Wolverine Scholarships. Scholarship funds for Summer admits are available for Fall and Winter terms.
  • Second-degree admitted students are not eligible for these funds.
  • Only courses required for a student’s degree program count toward enrollment hours.
