Our industry-aligned manufacturing engineering program at UM-Dearborn examines all areas of manufacturing. It also provides thorough coverage of materials and manufacturing processes, and explores how to design, operate, and manage integrated systems that include people, materials, machine tools, material handling equipment, robots, quality measuring equipment, controls, and computers.
Our excellent laboratory facilities are available for you to conduct experiments and measure process variables. We also leverage our proximity to some of the biggest names in the manufacturing industry to offer unique opportunities to combine formal education with hands-on experience.
