What did you study in college?
I earned my bachelor's degree in Communication, my master's degree in Training and Development, and my Ph.D. in Instructional Technology.
What is the best kept secret in CECS?
It's not a secret, but our Experiential Learning opportunities really make our programs unique. You can gain valuable professional experience through a paid co-op position, and even earn credit toward your degree.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
When I'm not at work, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my family. And I'm always entertained by my dog!

What did you study in college?
I earned my undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Windsor, and earned an M.S.E. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from UM-Dearborn
What is the best kept secret in CECS?
There are many opportunities for students to work on campus, including tutoring, Supplemental Instruction Leaders and even working on research with faculty.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy new recipes, fabric crafts and woodworking.

What did you study in college?
I received my bachelor of science degree in Psychology and master's in Higher Education, both from Grand Valley State University.
What is the best kept secret in CECS?
We have several concurrent programs where students can graduate with two degrees in complementary areas. These programs typically require only 15 to 18 additional credits!
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Running, reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with my family and dog.

What did you study in college? I earned my bachelor's degree in Political Science and Secondary Education and I am currently working on my master's degree in Higher Education, both at the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor. Go blue!
What is the best kept secret in CECS? The best kept secret are the trails and outdoor spaces available to explore at UM-Dearborn. Taking a walk and unplugging can be a great way to take a break and recharge!
What do you enjoy doing in your free time? In my free time, I enjoy reading, painting, dancing, playing tennis, traveling up north, and exploring various trails with my dog, Blue.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and planning for the arrival of a new baby.

My name is Kerri Madeleine, and I have been with the University of Michigan-Dearborn in the College of Engineering and Computer Science Advising since 2015. I have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Central Michigan University, and a Master of Arts in Higher Education from Eastern Michigan University. What I enjoy most about this position is helping students establish their educational goals, personal goals and aspirations so they can be successful in pursuing their college degree and future career.
