Placement Exams and Advanced Placement Scores
The University Curriculum and Degree Committee will review and make recommendations to the Provost for all new and proposed changes to the University's placement exams and Advanced Placement test scores. Disciplines and units that seek to propose new or make changes to placement exams and/or Advanced Placement test scores must submit a detailed proposal to the UCDC chair. The proposal should include the specific change(s) desired; the rationale for the change(s); and any other information that might be useful in reviewing the proposal. All proposals must have the approval of the originating discipline's college dean along with executive committee (if required by the college).
