First-Gen Celebration Week with TRIO!

Being a first-generation student can mean different things to everyone. At UM-Dearborn, being a first-generation college student means that you are the first person in your family to complete and earn a college degree. On our campus, there are many first-generation students who have beaten the odds and obstacles that were placed before them. We have collaborated with the UM-Dearborn First Gen Student Org to answer your questions on what it's like to be a first generation college student.
