How to make an appointment:

The first step towards receiving your FREE counseling services is to set up an appointment. You can do this by visiting us on the 2nd floor of the UC at 2157. Please inform our office if your concern is urgent and if you need to be seen immediately. When you visit Counseling and Psychological Services you will be asked to complete a computer assessment that will take approximately 20 minutes and assist us in making treatment recommendations for you.  We will also ask you to give us some information regarding your availability. At that point you will be scheduled to complete an Intake with one of the clinical staff who you will work with to come up with a plan of treatment.
