Alumni Enrichment

One of the benefits of being a Dearborn Wolverine is access to our Alumni Enrichment program. This is a great opportunity to broaden your education in an area outside of your chosen field of study.

Explore all UM-Dearborn programs to get inspiration for what you might pursue as a non-credit student.

Program Overview & Policies

You are eligible to enroll as an Alumni Enrichment student one full term after graduation has been confirmed; the program is not open to alumni who are also enrolled in a degree or certificate program.

  • You may take up to nine credit hours of undergraduate coursework within a single four-month term.
  • You must meet all regular course prerequisites.
  • Alumni enrichment courses appear as pass or fail on your transcript.

Courses You May Not Take as Alumni Enrichment

  • Courses in the field of your undergraduate or graduate major or minor
  • Internship and cooperative education courses
  • Courses not approved for pass/fail grading options
