College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) students have access to career support and resources through both the CECS Career Success Hub and UM-Dearborn’s Career Services. This page includes some curated information and resources for your career journey.

Career Coaching

Career coaching provides support tailored to what you need, when you need it. Whether you’re exploring career options or actively applying for positions, coaching sessions can help you build clarity, skills, and momentum. Common topics include starting a job or internship search, reviewing your resume, preparing for interviews, networking, and making career decisions. 

Students are also encouraged to join small-group programs and interactive workshops to connect with peers and grow their career confidence together.
