Create an AiM Account
Before you can create an AiM request, you need to set up an AiM Account.
- Email the Facilities Operations Front Desk requesting an account.
- When a reply email has been received, complete the necessary steps.
- Submit your request.
How to Place a Work Order
Work requests that support day-to-day activities can be submitted in three ways:
AiM System: Work requests are primarily submitted online through the AiM work order system. A login is required to access AiM. To request access, email the Facilities Operations Front Desk.
Email: If you are unable to access AiM, you can email your work request to Facilities Operations Front Desk at [email protected]. Please provide a brief description of your request along with specific location details.
Phone: Telephone the Facilities Operations Front Desk at 313-593-5270 during regular business hours (7:00 – 3:30 M-F). Front Desk team members assure that urgent requests are assigned immediately and that non-urgent requests are directed to the appropriate department.
