Joining a fraternity or sorority is an experience unlike any other.

Greek Life members are known for their pursuit of academic excellence, extensive social calendar, campus involvement and commitment to our local and global community.

These students strive to make the most of their time at UM-Dearborn by forging lifelong friendships in brotherhood and sisterhood.


  • Alpha Psi Lambda National, Inc. is the nation's first and largest Co-Ed Latino interest fraternity which promotes continued personal and collective growth of its members. Success and unity are pursued through education, leadership, cultural awareness and community service. Geared towards the goals of Latin@ students, Alpha Psi Lamba is not Latin@ exclusive. Being a brotherhood and sisterhood, APsi believes in the concept Familia to create a support network for members while creating the real world experience of working with both men and women.

  • Delta Sigma Phi is a social fraternity founded on the principles of respect, integrity, commitment, leadership and loyalty. To live their motto, "better men, better lives", the brothers of Delta Sigma Phi place a strong emphasis on brotherhood, athletics, academics, philanthropy and networking. 

  • Phi Beta Sigma was founded at Howard University in Washington, D.C., January 9, 1914, by three young African-American male students. The Founders, Honorable A. Langston Taylor, Honorable Leonard F. Morse, and Honorable Charles I. Brown, wanted to organize a Greek-letter fraternity that would truly exemplify the ideals of brotherhood, scholarship, and service.

  • Phi Sigma Phi is a social fraternity that strives to unite college men who wish to share in the spirit of friendship and brotherhood through the core values of: 

    • Excellence – Having and maintaining high expectations
    • Wisdom – Making responsible choices
    • Honor – Holding ourselves accountable for our own decisions and behaviors
    • Justice – Accepting the consequences of our actions or in-actions
  • Tau Kappa Epsilon is a social fraternity whose mission is to aid men in their mental, moral and social development in order to prepare for a productive and fulfilling life. The brothers of TKE recognize that these aspects of life are best developed through service and education is always top priority for its members. TKE considers men "not for wealth, rank, or honor; but for personal worth and character".

  • Theta Tau is the largest professional fraternity in the field of engineering. Within each chapter, the Fraternity stimulates professional activity and social compatibility; provides a framework for group participation in campus, community, engineering and fraternity affairs; and promotes lasting friendships and a lifetime of brotherhood in an engineering environment.


  • Alpha Omega Epsilon is a professional engineering and technical sciences sorority founded in 1983 that promotes friendship, leadership and professionalism to all members of the organization, the community and our professions. Alpha Omega Epsilon strives for scholarship and academic achievement. The sisters create a friendly, warm atmosphere where integrity, character, and self-confidence can foster.

  • Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority is a national, social Panhellenic sorority, whose mission is to develop in women a social consciousness and a commitment to think and act for the greater good. Delta Phi Epsilon prides itself on the well-rounded and balanced development of its members through the PEARL Program, which focuses on scholarship, service, self, social and sisterhood. DPhiE sisters are committed to living their motto, "Esse Quam Videri - To be rather than to seem to be" and embracing their founding principles of Justice, Sisterhood, and Love.

  • Phi Mu is a national, social Panhellenic sorority which provides personal academic development, service to others, commitment to excellence and lifelong friendships through a shared tradition. The second oldest sorority in history, their character is most noted through their open motto, "the faithful sisters".

  • Phi Sigma Sigma is a national, social Panhellenic sorority established as a dynamic sisterhood of powerful women fostering uncompromising principles, igniting positive change, and embracing individuality. An important emphasis is placed on leadership through service and their motto of "Aim High" keeps the sisters focused and driven. 

  • Founded in 1922, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. is one of the four historically African-American sororities that make up the National Pan-Hellenic Council. The Sorority's aim is to enhance the quality of life within the community. Public service, leadership development and education of youth are the hallmarks of the organization's programs and activities. Sigma Gamma Rho addresses concerns that impact society educationally, civically, and economically.
