Constituent Relationship Management (CRM)
The CRM Team supports the University of Michigan-Dearborn's use of Salesforce as our Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) System. The team collaborates with departments and stakeholders to design, build, and maintain functionality within Salesforce and its related tools to enhance the student experience. In an effort to provide a holistic view of the student experience, the CRM team supports the student application and admissions experience, student advising, student case management, and the My UM-Dearborn Student Portal.

Bugs or issues related to the functionality of the CRM system. Example: Something doesn’t look quite right!
Enhancements and Feature Requests
Requests for new features, improvements, or changes to the existing system.
