We use an app called Okta Verify to provide multi-factor authentication. After entering your uniqname and password as usual, the system will send a notification to your smart phone asking you to confirm it is really you signing in. If you need assistance with Okta, Ann Arbor ITS Service Center would be able to assist with account issues.
Canvas
Canvas is the home for all online courses, as well as some assignments, discussions, and resources for hybrid and on-campus classes.

What You Keep as an Alumni

UM-Google email.umich.edu
As an alum, you may continue to use your U-M Google Services, including U-M Gmail, Drive, and Google Meet, as long as you remain under the 15GB storage limit. For alumni who prefer not to use U-M Google for their email but want to retain the use of their @umich.edu address, U-M offers email forwarding at no charge.
Note: Upon graduation, your Google storage limit changes from 250GB to 15GB. Check your storage and clean up your U-M Google account if necessary to avoid deletion of your account.
