There are three letterhead templates available to customize for campus use. To use:

• Select which template you would like to use.
• Make a copy to your own Google Drive.
• Swap out the logo to your own unit logo, if applicable.
• Edit the text.
• Print or save. 
  • If printing, under print settings, you can deselect “Headers and Footers” to remove Google’s text on the top and bottom of the page.

There are four trifold brochures available to customize for campus use. To use:

• Select which template you would like to use.
• Make a copy to your own Google Drive.
• Swap out photos and edit text as desired.
• When printing, select “Print on both sides” and “Flip on short edge”.
• After printing, trim paper to size and fold.
