Canvas Help & Support - Video

There are multiple options an instructor can choose to create videos that are posted in Canvas, and there are different help and support options available for each.  Please select the video option for which assistance is needed.  For students unsure which option to choose, please contact the instructor of the course to find out which video option is being used.  For assistance with a different Canvas issue, please see the Canvas Help & Support front page.

• Videos using Kaltura (braded by U-M as MiVideo) via the course "Media Gallery" or account "My Kaltura Media" areas in Canvas
• Videos using Canvas via the course "Files" area in Canvas
• Videos using MediaSite via the course "Mediasite Channel" are in Canvas
• Videos using Swank
• Videos using another option not listed above (Please contact the appropriate UM-Dearborn Canvas support personnel)
