UM-Dearborn ITS is responsible for providing faculty, staff and students throughout our campus communities with technology support and services.

 We are charged with maintaining our IT infrastructure, while providing support for classroom, lab and office computing, managing custom development services, and collaborating with partners across campus to advance the use of technology in support of our mission.

Accounts & Passwords

The ITS Service Desk can assist students, faculty and staff with most uniqname and password issues. To obtain access to the UM-Dearborn computer labs, wireless, and email systems, you must be a currently active student, faculty or staff employee.

Computer Hardware & Software Purchase

Need hardware or software for home?  Tech Shop has Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and other technology needs available at academic pricing. You can also purchase software online, over the phone, and at one of the Tech Shops.
